From intelligent, interactive exhibition stands for Pharma, to slick and sustainable VIP events, we’ve delivered it - with ESG built in.

Dive into some examples of our work.

  • 200m2 Exhibition Stand for Pharma

Stitch created an open design featuring a barista station where delegates could be welcomed from all sides. Freestanding walls outlined zones including a demonstration area, and dramatic angular suspensions neatly combined venue wayfinding with custom spotlighting. 94% of materals were re-used and 134 hours’ work were generated for impact emloyees.

  • Event Production for GDIF

Stitch provides experienced site managers to oversee logistics and timely delivery of the complex outdoor build which covers 10 sites across several London boroughs. We built stages, tiered seating, truss towers, scenery and scaffolding structures. We also liaised with international companies to ensure that their experience in the UK festival market met the high standards that a leading global festival demands.

  • Conference and Media for CBRE

Stitch has been providing AV, conference and media services, as well as hybrid events for CBRE since 2021. For example, we provided full technical oversight with a film crew and editing services to deliver promotional videos of the 2023 Data Centre Solutions UK Supplier Event at Glaziers Hall. Stitch has also be awarded with CBRE's Above and Beyond Award for Service.

  • AV Services for the BFI

The BFI is the British Film Institute’s riverfront venue on the Thames, used for prestigious awards ceremonies, screenings and events.
Stitch provided high-end AV services for an exclusive film festival event. We delivered state-of-the-art lighting and sound installation for an atmospheric and ambient finish - and ESG credentials to boot.

  • Heras Fencing at Notting Hill Carnival

Wates Group in partnership with Notting Hill Genesis brought in Stitch powered by Connection Crew to install Heras fencing around properties for London’s globally renowned Notting Hill Carnival. The team installed hundreds of metres of fencing around the borough.

  • Topping Out Ceremony for Wates

Stitch delivered the Topping Out Ceremony for Wates at its flagship Canada Water Plot A1 site - The Founding. Providing full end-to-end service, Stitch managed the production, AV, and catering of the event for over 150 special guests and supplied both CSCS and SMSTS trained crew. Over 60 social value hours’ work were created for crew affected by homelessness.
